At JB Premier Transportation, every journey matters, especially for those who need it most. Founded by Jermonica Boardley and Jason Boardley, JB Premier was created to bridge a crucial gap in our community: providing safe, reliable, and compassionate transportation for vulnerable student populations.
After successful careers in corporate America, Jermonica and Jason retired with a strong desire to make a tangible difference. Recognizing the urgent need for specialized transportation services within Delaware’s school districts, they combined their expertise and passion to establish JB Premier Transportation, focusing on students facing homelessness, foster care transitions, and special needs.
We are committed to ensuring that these students have access to a consistent, supportive, and comfortable ride to school. We believe that transportation sets the tone for the entire school day, and we strive to provide an environment where students feel calm, confident, and ready to learn.

As we grew, we identified additional needs in our community.

Jalen Newell is a seasoned transportation professional with more than 11 years of experience as a licensed school bus driver with the Colonial School District in Delaware. Holding a Class B Commercial Driver’s License and certified in Advanced Defensive Driving (2023), Jalen has maintained an exemplary zero-incident safety record while consistently operating with precision, professionalism, and care. Known for his strong route management, attention to detail, and effective communication skills, he is deeply committed to passenger safety and service excellence. Jalen’s disciplined, safety-first approach helps ensure every JB Premier route is executed smoothly, reliably, and to the highest standard.
